Acceptable use policy
Clear boundaries for using our website and the platforms we operate, and how we respond when they are crossed.
Effective 16 August 2026
Who this applies to
This policy applies to anyone using this website and, unless a client agreement says otherwise, to users of portals and platforms operated by Lunava Digital Solutions FZCO on a client's behalf.
What is not permitted
You must not use our website or any platform we operate to:
- Break any applicable law, regulation, sanctions regime or third-party right
- Upload or transmit malware, or attempt to gain unauthorised access to accounts, data, systems or networks
- Probe, scan or load-test infrastructure without our prior written permission
- Scrape, harvest or bulk-extract content or personal data, including through automated agents, without permission
- Submit false, misleading or impersonated information, including through enquiry forms
- Send unsolicited commercial messages, phishing content or fraudulent solicitations
- Post or transmit content that is unlawful, defamatory, discriminatory, harassing or infringing
- Interfere with availability, integrity or performance for other users
- Circumvent access controls, rate limits, authentication or audit logging
Accounts and credentials
Where a platform issues you credentials, they are personal to you. Keep them confidential, do not share them, and tell us or the platform owner immediately if you believe they have been compromised.
Monitoring and enforcement
We log access to our systems for security, availability and audit purposes, in line with our privacy and data protection notices. Where we identify misuse we may restrict or suspend access, remove content, notify the platform owner, and where appropriate report the matter to law enforcement or a regulator.
For client platforms, enforcement decisions are taken with the client, who remains responsible for its own user community.
Responsible disclosure
If you discover a security weakness, please report it to support@lunavadigital.com rather than testing it further. We will acknowledge within five working days and work with you on remediation. We will not pursue action against good-faith research that respects user privacy, avoids service disruption, and does not access, alter or exfiltrate data beyond what is necessary to demonstrate the issue.
Reporting misuse
Report suspected misuse, abusive content or fraudulent use of our brand to support@lunavadigital.com with as much detail as you can provide.
All Lunava policies are listed in our legal centre.
