Subprocessors

Who processes personal data alongside us, what for, and under which safeguards.

Effective 16 August 2026

How we use subprocessors

Lunava Digital Solutions FZCO engages a limited number of service providers to operate this website and our business communications. Each provider processes personal data only on our documented instructions, under written terms that include confidentiality, security and international transfer obligations.

This page covers the subprocessors used for our own website and enquiry handling. Client engagements have their own subprocessor list agreed in the services contract, and clients receive advance notice of any change.

Current subprocessors for this website

Brevo (Sendinblue), France and the EU: transactional email delivery and storage of enquiry contact records.

Google (Google Analytics 4 and Google Tag), United States and the EU: website measurement and campaign attribution, loaded only after you accept analytics.

Cloudflare, United States and global edge network: content delivery, DNS and edge hosting of the website and its server functions.

Lovable, EU and United States: the platform on which this website is built, deployed and monitored.

Data processed

For enquiries: name, work email, company, phone number, sector, service interest, indicative budget and timeline, and message content. For measurement: pages viewed, referring source, campaign parameters, approximate location derived from IP address, and device or browser type.

We do not send special category data, payment card data or government identifiers to any of these providers, and we ask that you do not include such data in enquiry messages.

Transfer safeguards

Where a subprocessor processes data outside the EEA or UK, the transfer is covered by the provider's Standard Contractual Clauses and, where applicable, the UK International Data Transfer Addendum, supported by the provider's published technical and organisational measures.

Changes and objections

We review this list periodically and update it when a provider is added or removed. Clients under a data processing agreement are notified in advance of a new subprocessor and may raise a reasonable objection on data protection grounds, which we will work to resolve before the change takes effect.

Questions about this list can be sent to support@lunavadigital.com.
