PARTNERS

Bid with us, or bring us into yours

Large programmes are rarely delivered by one firm. We work as prime contractor or as a named partner inside someone else's bid, with the arrangement disclosed and the accountability written down.

Delivery partners

Consultancies and systems integrators that need portal, engineering or procurement capability under their own prime contract. We work white-label or named, whichever the client relationship requires.

Technology vendors

Platform and product vendors seeking an implementation partner for the Middle East, Africa and Asia. We remain independent on procurement advisory engagements and declare any commercial interest.

Development-sector partners

Implementing organisations and programme managers needing a technology or procurement partner that already works to donor documentation and audit-trail standards.

Local partners

In-country firms that bring regulatory presence and local delivery capacity, paired with our engineering and advisory depth for cross-border programmes.

GROUND RULES

How we behave inside a partnership

These rules exist to protect the client relationship, which is the only thing that makes a partnership worth having.

Disclosed, not hidden

Any partner or subcontractor involved in a bid is named in the bid. Clients should never discover a delivery chain after award.

Independence protected

Where we act as independent procurement adviser, we hold no commercial interest in the suppliers being evaluated and do not bid for the tender ourselves.

Clear accountability

Consortium arrangements define, in writing, who is accountable for which deliverable and who the client escalates to. Shared responsibility without a named owner is not accountability.
