Accessibility statement
Our accessibility commitment for this website and the platforms we build, including the standard we target, known limitations and how to report a barrier.
Effective 16 August 2026
Our commitment
Lunava Digital Solutions FZCO is committed to making this website, and the platforms we deliver for clients, usable by as many people as possible, including people who use screen readers, keyboard-only navigation, magnification or other assistive technology.
Accessibility is treated as a delivery requirement in our engagements rather than a remediation exercise after launch. Where a client operates under a specific legal obligation, that standard is written into the scope and tested before go-live.
Standard we target
We design and build to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at Level AA as our working standard. This aligns with the requirements commonly referenced in public-sector and donor-funded procurement, including EN 301 549 in the European Union, the Public Sector Bodies Accessibility Regulations in the United Kingdom, and Section 508 expectations in the United States.
This statement describes our own website. Accessibility conformance for a delivered client platform is documented per engagement, and a conformance report can be produced where the contract requires one.
Measures we apply
Across this site and our delivery work we apply the following practices:
- Semantic HTML structure with a single, meaningful heading hierarchy per page
- Keyboard operability for all interactive controls, with visible focus indicators
- Text alternatives for meaningful images and decorative images marked as such
- Colour contrast checked against WCAG AA thresholds for text and interface elements
- Form fields with associated labels, clear error messages and programmatic error association
- Responsive layouts that reflow without horizontal scrolling at 320 CSS pixels width
- Accessible names on navigation landmarks, menus and language controls
- Motion kept restrained, with no content that flashes more than three times per second
Known limitations
We assess this site on an ongoing basis and record limitations honestly rather than claiming full conformance:
- On-demand machine translation into additional languages is provided by a third-party service. Translated output is not authored by us and its accessibility and accuracy cannot be guaranteed; the English version is the authoritative source.
- Documents provided for download, including the capability statement, may not yet be fully tagged for screen reader navigation. An accessible alternative format is available on request.
- Content embedded from third parties, where present, may not meet the same standard as content we author.
Alternative formats
If any content on this site is inaccessible to you, we will supply the same information in an alternative format, including accessible documents, plain text or a spoken walkthrough, at no cost. Contact support@lunavadigital.com with the page address and the format that works for you.
Reporting a barrier
We welcome reports of accessibility barriers. Email support@lunavadigital.com with the page address, a description of the problem and the assistive technology, browser and operating system you were using. We aim to acknowledge accessibility reports within five working days and to give a remediation position, including a timeline, within twenty working days.
If you are not satisfied with our response, tell us and we will escalate the matter internally to the director accountable for delivery.
Assessment and review
This site is reviewed using a combination of automated checks, manual keyboard testing and assistive-technology spot checks. This statement is reviewed at least annually and whenever a substantial change is made to the site.
